Refund, Cancellation, and Credit Policy

At PlantCon, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all attendees. We understand that circumstances may arise in which attendees may wish to request for refunds, cancellations, or credits. Please carefully review the following policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and credits before making a purchase.

Refunds may be requested as follows per ticket category:

STANDARD GENERAL ADMISSION, EARLY ACCESS, AND VIP

We are unable to issue refunds for Standard General Admission, Early Access, or VIP tickets at this time. If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to gift your tickets to your friends or family as tickets are not bound to any ID and can be transferred freely.

EARLY BIRD

The last day to request a refund for PlantCon 2024 is 90 days following the purchase of your Early Bird GA ticket.

SUPER EARLY BIRD

The last day to request a refund for PlantCon 2024 is 60 days following the purchase of your Super Early Bird GA ticket.

ANY CANCELLATION OUTSIDE OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED QUALIFYING DATES IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING POLICY:

  1. All Sales Are Final: Please note that all sales are final, and refunds will only be allowed in limited circumstances, as outlined below.

Refunds:

a. Canceled, Postponed, Rescheduled, or Moved Events: If the event you purchased tickets for is canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or moved, you may be eligible for a refund. We will issue a refund of the ticket price you paid and additional add-ons or upgrades you purchased.

b. Refund Method: If a refund is issued, it will be processed to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. Please note that we cannot issue a refund to a different credit or debit card. However, if your credit card or debit card number has changed but is linked to the same account (e.g., a new card has been issued for the same account), the refund will be processed to that account.

c. Ticket Price Adjustments: We may occasionally offer tickets at a discounted price after the original on-sale date. In such cases, we will not refund the difference between the original price and the sale price.

d. Lost, Stolen, Damaged, or Destroyed Tickets: Policies set forth by Event Organizers prohibit exchanges or refunds for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets. Therefore, tickets cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen, or damaged.

Cancellation and Return Policy:

a. Exchanges and Returns: Policies set forth by Event Organizers generally prohibit us from issuing exchanges or returns once a ticket has been purchased.

b. Careful Selection: Before purchasing tickets, please carefully review your event and ticket selection to ensure they meet your requirements. Take into consideration all relevant details, such as date, time, venue, and add-ons.

c. Prohibited Refunds: Please note that there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons other than those mentioned in the "Refunds" section above. This includes but is not limited to changes in personal circumstances, travel plans, or preferences.

No Refunds or Returns.

Apart from the specific circumstances mentioned above, there are no refunds or returns available for PlantCon tickets. Please review your event and ticket selection carefully before making a purchase.
