Are Pets allowed at PlantCon?
No, pets are not allowed at PlantCon. As much as we love them, we have found that pets get very stressed out at PlantCon, and some of our vendors may have plants or other products that could make them sick. The only exception to this policy would be working and registered service animals following all ADA guidelines. Those with service animals should inform us that they will be attending by emailing info@plantcon.org ahead of the event so our staff can be made aware of this accommodation in advance. Attendees who bring an animal- including an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) or Therapy Animal- will be asked to leave and will not be given a refund.

I didn’t get my ticket/ put in the wrong email. What should I do?
No worries! Please email Info@plantcon.org with the name on your order, and the email you would like us to send the tickets to.

I can’t attend anymore, can I have a refund?
We’re sorry we’ll miss you! Unfortunately due to our refund policy we are unable to offer you a refund at this time. We encourage you to send your ticket to a friend or family member, as all tickets are transferable and not tied to a specific ID.

How do I become an ambassador?
Great question! You can apply to be an ambassador here. Once we have your application, our Ambassador Coordinator will be in touch after the application closes and selections are made. You’ll hear back from us either way. Thank you so much for being a part of our community, we can’t wait to see you at PlantCon!

I want to exhibit at Plantcon- What do I need to do?
To become an exhibitor, we need you to fill out this application: Once approved you’ll be able to access the map and sign up for whatever space you’d like. We look forward to seeing you at PlantCon!

How do I host a workshop?
To host a workshop or session, please fill out this application: https://tally.so/r/wol8Kb. From there our Education Coordinator will follow up with any additional questions we might have for you, and will notify you of next steps if selected. We appreciate you being so willing to share your knowledge with our community, and look forward to seeing you at PlantCon!

The ticket type I wanted is sold out- will there be more?
Unfortunately we do have limited tickets for each entry time at this show. If the time you wanted is sold out, consider joining us as a VIP or Early Entry attendee, or sign up for a different time block.

Can I promote my business at PlantCon without a booth?
Yes! If you would like to promote your business by handing out cards and flyers and networking with exhibitors, you can purchase an industry pass! This is the only way yuu will be permitted to promote your brand at PlantCon without a booth, but onsite sales will not be allowed.

Can I only attend Plantcon during my entry window?
No, you are welcome to stay and party with us as long as you’d like! Entry times are just when you can enter PlantCon, and are meant to reduce our line times so you can make the most of your time with us!
